Raw Materials

Main machine wall panels and other important parts are made of OT500-7 ductile cast iron; transmission gears are made of 38CrMnAI steel with a hardness of 45-50HRC.

The castings are demolded for not less than 10 months to achieve permanent molding

Grade 5 and 6 machining accuracy, five-station one-piece molding.

Electronic components adopt Siemens, Nordson, YASKAWA, BECKHOFF and other international brands.
